This poor old 1959 Parkwood wagon looks like it was in pretty good shape before it was hauled off to this field in Washington State. Lots of good parts left though! The cowl tag indicates paint code "987G"... 987 according to the 1959 paint chip chart (found on this site) the colors are Harbor Blue over Frost Blue. The G would be the Series? What exactly that means I am not sure. If you know, please send email. The ACC code of "IP" indicates a padded dash. The TRIM code of "839" indicateds Gray and Blue interior, made of cloth and vinyl. The Body code of "VN 969" indicates that the body was made at the Los Angeles plant, and was the 969th to come off the line.
