A new fan belt idler pulley of heavier construction, is used on 283 and 348 truck engines. The idler used on the 348 engine can be used on the 1958 models without any revision. The idler used on the 283 engine can be used back through the 1955 2nd design models with 265 or 283 engines, by using new idler bearing retainers.

Tune-up

PASSENGER CARS

Tune-up specifications remain essentially unchanged from 1858. The 348 engines use AC 44-N spark plugs
